We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.  You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

If you have agreed to connect to Facebook for an app developed by Fierce Kaiju Ltd, we will only ever use your details for that specific app and not sell or share your data with any other party.

By installing an app or game developed by Fierce Kaiju Ltd you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please don’t install of use any of our games.

How long do we keep your information?

If you are subscribed to the Newsletter we will keep these contact details until you unsubscribe, whereby we will immediately remove your data from our systems.

If you have emailed us with an enquiry, we will hold onto this data until we have satisfactorily responded to your query or while you are in discussions with us about working together.

Once we begin working together, we will hold your data for as long as you are a client, and for six months after, in case of follow up work.  Once the dialogue or client relationship has come to a conclusion, we will remove your data from our systems after six months.

If we ever intend to keep your data for any longer than this we will make this clear to you.

What are your rights?

You may choose to restrict the use of your personal information by emailing us at support@fiercekaiju.com, or unsubscribing from the newsletter subscription list.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless you have instructed us to or we are required to do so by law.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at support@fiercekaiju.com.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Your licence to Fierce Kaiju Ltd for our games

You hereby grant to Fierce Kaiju Ltd an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license and right to copy, reproduce, fix, modify, manufacture, commercialize, publish, license, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, or provide access to electronically, broadcast, communicate to the public by telecommunication, display, perform, and use and practice, in any way, your user content as well as all modified and derivative works thereof, including marketing and promotions. Fierce Kaiju Ltd does not claim any ownership rights in your user content and nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit your user content.

Fierce Kaiju Ltd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, punitive or other similar damages that may arise from any connection or use of products created and developed by Fierce Kaiju Ltd.

Force Majeure

Fierce Kaiju Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Fierce Kaiju Ltd, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, acts of military authorities, fire, floods, or accidents.
